Colombia: The Sanitary Emergency has been Extended until 28 February 2021

On 27 November, Resolution 2230 extended the Sanitary Emergency until 28 February 2021. However, the emergency could end before this date, if the causes for its extension are over, or later if they persist. The current emergency keeps the same permissions and restrictions than the previous one; therefore, it is based on a Culture for Prevention among the population (applies to everyone), emphasising three aspects: 1) following the biosecurity protocols; 2) minimisation of risk and exposition factors; and 3) attention to any instruction given for prevention and self-care.
