Regina de la Vega Castillo is a labor and data privacy attorney with an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law. She began her professional career at De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C., where she first joined as a law clerk and later as an associate.
In 2022, she joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in New York as an International Visiting Attorney. She subsequently returned to De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C., where she currently serves as a Senior Associate, providing legal counsel to both national and multinational companies.
In 2024, she was appointed Head of the Labor Consulting, Compliance and Inspections Practice. In 2026, she completed her Master’s Degree in Labor Law at Escuela Libre de Derecho, graduating with the highest grade point average in her class, and is currently preparing her thesisto obtain the corresponding degree.
She also serves as a professor of Individual Labor Law at Universidad Panamericana (UP) and Universidad Iberoamericana (IBERO).
