Jeroen Douwes, MBA

Jeroen joined L&E Global as Executive Director in November of 2016.

As Executive Director, Jeroen is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the strategic and operational goals of the L&E Global alliance. This includes among others:

• expansion into new territories
• pro-actively leading global business development activities
• maintaining an effective and efficient quality control process
• continuously improving the L&E Global knowledge management function
• managing public relations, as well as
• controlling the organisation’s finances

With more than twenty years of professional experience across a variety of sectors (legal, financial, hospitality, etc.) he has developed a wide-range of skills, including, to name a few:

• strategic management
• change management
• business development
• innovative strategies and resources
• financial management and analyses
• valuation
• branding
• marketing
• business optimisation
