Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law expands its office in Frankfurt/Main
The Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law team in Frankfurt will expand with two new lawyers joining in October and November of this year. The Frankfurt office opened in January 2016 with Dr. Dirk Freihube.
Dr. Holger Thomas, MM, (47) will now join the team as its second Frankfurt partner as of 1 November 2016. Eva Wißler (42) will join as counsel one month earlier. The Frankfurt office, representing Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law in Hesse, will now have two partners, one counsel and two associates.
Dr. Holger Thomas is a certified labor and employment law specialist and mediator. Previously, he was head of the employment law practice of the international law firm WilmerHale in Frankfurt. He advises national and international employers, especially regarding employment law issues of restructurings and company acquisitions. Moreover, he has particular expertise in collective bargaining agreements, works council matters, internal investigations, compliance matters as well as litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His clients include well-known companies in the system catering, construction, service and manufacturing industry as well as employers’ associations.
Eva Wißler was previously partner at ebl factum rechtsanwälte in Frankfurt. The certified labor and employment law specialist also has extensive expertise in advising companies and executives in all matters of labor and employment law. She is assistant professor at the Federal Academy of Public Administration, regularly talks at seminars and conferences and is the author of numerous publications. Her clients are mid-sized German service and manufacturing companies.
