Luxembourg: Social election

The law, which stipulates that forms elaborated by the ITM will be put at the disposal of companies in order to facilitate the management of the administrative procedures within the framework of the social elections, will enter into force on 1st February 2019. Every company will be provided with a password before the start of the electoral operations that will enable them to use a digital platform.
