Chris Holme of Clyde & Co (UK) joins Expert Panel at Aon Insurance Companies Forum

Clyde & Co’s Chris Holme joined a panel of experts at the Aon Insurance Companies Forum, for a session entitled Creating Deal Value Through Human Capital, held on 21 March 2019. The session considered people issues in connection with the acquisition of digital services in the insurance sector, in particular, how taking care of people issues has increasingly become a crucial dynamic to achieving a successful outcome in those transactions.
