Luxembourg: Draft Bill On Time Saving Accounts

The draft bill no. 7324 aiming to establish time saving accounts in the private sector has been put to the Chamber of Deputies’ vote on March 12, 2019. The first voting round was positive and an exemption request for the second voting round has been introduced. This new law should thus enter into force in due course.
