Luxembourg: COVID-19 Business Continuity Measures

As one of the important actors in the Luxembourg legal market, we are taking the current Covid-19 situation seriously and we are following all governmental decisions and official guidance.

Our main focus is to ensure the well-being and safety of our staff, our lawyers, our employees, and their families.

Already in the early days of the crisis, we have put in place numerous measures to minimise and avoid contacts, externally and internally, and thus the risk of infection by the virus.

At the same time, we have adapted and perfected our functioning to ensure that we can give our clients uninterrupted support and continue to produce and deliver high quality legal services.
Our lawyers have remote access tools and we have put in place all the equipment necessary to allow them to work for our clients from home.

Our business continuity measures cover all key functions such as accounting and the IT desk.
Today, we are 80% operational from home and we have reduced physical presence in the offices to an absolute minimum.

In case our offices will need to close, either based on a governmental decision or by reason of an internal sanitary decision, we will be able to operate 100 % from outside.

Nothing should affect our capacity to answer your questions and to deal with your needs.

Should you have difficulties to reach any of us by calling our reception desk, a direct line or any usual extension, please note that you will find the e-mail-addresses of all members on the firm website.

We thank you very much for the confidence you place in our firm during this complicated period of time.
