India: FAQs for Private Employers – Lockdown 2nd phase

As we enter the second phase of the lockdown, the Ministry of Home Affairs has permitted operations in some sectors and announced certain relaxations which have come into effect from today (April 20, 2020). As a Firm, we have compiled a list capturing our responses to some of the most common questions we have received so far on these relaxations. This is however a dynamic situation and there are individual States that have started issuing their own directives which may not comprise the kind of relaxations that the Central order has contemplated.
