KWR advises numerous well-known Austrian and international industrial, commercial and service companies, banks and insurance companies, as well as public institutions.
Dr. Anna Mertinz heads the employment law practice at KWR and is well-known for her consultative work on all aspects of individual and collective labour law and her prowess as a strategic partner for her clients. KWR’s employment team covers the entire spectrum of workplace law issues: from ongoing management of employment to litigation; from pensions and fringe benefits to remuneration structures and overtime models, in addition to drafting contracts, concluding works agreements and implementing management and employee participation programs.
“With member firms already in Germany, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, L&E Global is rounding out our already strong presence in the region with the addition of KWR,” said Jeroen Douwes, Executive Director of L&E Global. “One measure of our success is the fact that we are working with extremely high-calibre firms with a depth of experience in all areas of labour law. Our combination of cross-border teams cooperating seamlessly on international matters, a shared commitment to quality, and our pledge to offer clients flexible fee arrangements can help them achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently.”
“We are delighted to be a part of such an esteemed organisation like L&E Global with its exceptional reputation as one of the preeminent global employment law alliances,” said Dr. Anna Mertinz, partner and department head of KWR’s employment practice.
