Dominican Republic: A court cannot rule out a hearing record for being in a simple copy.

The Third Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice states that labor matters are characterized by the absence of formalities and freedom of evidence. Consequently, a record of hearing issued by the courts of the Dominican Republic does not require certification by the secretary of that Court unless there is controversy in its content. If there is a dispute about the content, you will need the original.
