Poland: Gender-neutral Job Titles Starting 24 December 2025

On 24 December 2025, regulations will come into force requiring employers to use gender-neutral job advertisements and job titles. Employers will also be required to make efforts to ensure that the recruitment process is non-discriminatory.

The legislator also imposes an obligation on employers to inform job applicants of the amount or range of remuneration and prohibits asking them about their previous remuneration.
