Türkiye: The National Minimum Wage Increased for the Year 2026

The national minimum wage in Türkiye has been increased for the year 2026, and it will be effective starting 01.01.2026.

The decision of the Minimum Wage Determination Commission has been published on the National Gazette on 26.12.2025. Accordingly, starting from 01.01.2026, the monthly gross National Minimum Wage has been determined as gross TRY 33,030.00 (which corresponds to net TRY 28,075.50).

The previous National Minimum Wage, which was in effect between 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025, was gross TRY 26,005.50 (which corresponded to net TRY 22,104.67).
