France: Financial Aid for Apprenticeships Restored After Suspension

State financial aid for the hiring of staff under apprenticeship contracts is reinstated starting 8 March 2026, but the amount has been reduced.

The financial aid will vary depending on the company’s size and the level of qualifications the apprentice is seeking to obtain.

In companies with less than 250 staff, it is limited to 4500 € per year for 2-year post-secondary diplomas and 2000 € for higher qualifications. In larger companies, the aid is limited to 2000€ for secondary diplomas, 1500€ for 2-year post-secondary diplomas and 750€ for higher qualifications.
