Operating in Singapore since 1991, Clyde & Co has a joint law venture with Singapore firm, Clasis LLC, forming Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore, which allows us to represent our clients in the local Singapore Courts, drawing on the international expertise of Clyde & Co and the local knowledge of Clasis LLC. Our work is cross-border, high profile and complex. Our Singapore office also acts as a hub for our Southeast Asia services, including in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
