Mexico: The Mexican Senate approved Convention 98 of the International Labour Organization (ILO)

On October 30, 2018, President Enrique Peña Nieto published in the Official Gazette the Decree issued by the Mexican Senate approving Convention 98 of the International Labour Organization (ILO) on the Application of the Principles regarding the Right to Unionize and to Collective Bargaining.
