Mexico: De la Vega & Martínez Rojas monitors Employment Law Developments throughout 2019

De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C. has closely monitored devaelopments over the past year, concerning the multitude of reforms (proposed, debated, implemented, …) to Mexico’s labour laws and T-Mec negotiations with the U.S.A. and Canada. The founding partners Oscar De la Vega and Ricardo Martinez were interviewed by national and international newspapers and appeared regularly in broadcasts, where they spoke about collective bargaining processes, home offices, outsourcing, social security matters, the official standard for psychosocial risks and labour attachés proposed by the U.S.A.

One of the most recognised newspapers in Mexico, Reforma, quoted Oscar as an expert on labour issues.
