Jackson Lewis ranked number one Ceiling Smasher

Each year, Law 360 publishes the Glass Ceiling Report, which measures female attorney representation at law firms in the U.S., and Jackson Lewis has frequently been ranked high in this annual report.

For the first time in the firm’s history, Jackson Lewis was ranked as the number one Ceiling Smasher for having the highest representation of women in their equity partnership compared to all other firms their size. Additionally, Jackson Lewis shared the number one spot in the overall Glass Ceiling Report based on their proportion of female attorneys and female equity principals. This most recent ranking is a phenomenal achievement and a testament to Jackson Lewis’ commitment to forging a path towards a more diverse work environment.
