L&E Global is proud to welcome Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore to our international alliance. As our new member firm in Singapore, Clyde & Co Clasis adds depth and experience to an already strong lineup of labour and employment law specialists in the Asia-Pacific region. This is the second Clyde & Co firm to join L&E Global, now covering both the United Kingdom and Singapore.
Established more than 20 years ago, the firm provides integrated services to domestic and international clients through a Joint Law Venture, Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore. This unique combination of Clyde & Co’s cross-border capabilities and Clasis LLC’s familiarity with local markets and practices offers clients advice that is comprehensive, yet balanced.
Partner Thomas Choo leads the employment, immigration and pensions practice of Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore. As a key member of the global employment group, Thomas advises on a wide range of non-contentious employment and immigration matters, including the reviewing and drafting of employment and service agreements and severance packages, establishment of complex incentivisation schemes for senior executives, and advising on Singapore laws and regulations in the area of employment, immigration and industrial relations.
