Türkiye: Procedures for Applying to Mediation Procedures Concerning Collective Labour Agreements Have Been Amended

The Regulation Amending the Regulation on Application to Mediation and Arbitration in Collective Labour Agreements (“Regulation”) has been published in the National Gazette 23.11.2023 and is numbered 32378.

Accordingly, “Deputy Minister” has now replaced “Undersecretary or Deputy Undersecretary” as a member of the Selection Committee that determines who’s eligible to act as a mediator concerning applications regarding collective labour agreements. Therefore, the Deputy Minister will now be included as a member of the Selection Committee instead of the Undersecretary or Deputy Undersecretary concerning mediation procedures for collective labour agreements.
