Türkiye: The National Minimum Wage Has Been Increased for the Year 2024

The National Minimum Wage in Türkiye has been increased for the year 2024, and it will be effective starting 1 January 2024.

The decision of the Minimum Wage Determination Commission was published on the National Gazette on 30 December 2023. Accordingly, starting 1 January 2024, the monthly gross National Minimum Wage has been determined as TRY 20.002,50 (which corresponds to net TRY 17.002,12).

The previous National Minimum Wage, which was in effect between 01.07.2023 – 31.12.2023, was gross TRY 13.414,50 (which corresponded to net TRY 11.402,32).
