First individual rulings issued by the Chief Labour Inspector

As of 8 July 2026, the Chief Labour Inspector (GIP) has been empowered to issue binding individual rulings. For a fee of PLN 40, it is possible to obtain the GIP’s position on whether a given cooperation model constitutes a disguised employment relationship. Importantly, provided that the applicant describes the facts in the application accurately, the position expressed in the GIP’s decision will be binding on the authorities of the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP).
