L&E Global Commended as ‘Legal Industry Pioneer’ in FT Innovative Lawyers Report 2012
BRUSSELS – L&E GLOBAL is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted by the Financial Times for their 2012 LEGAL INDUSTRY PIONEERS AWARD.
L&E GLOBAL, which was founded in January 2011, is an international integrated alliance, which is exclusively specialized in providing strategic counsel on cross border labor and employment law issues.
It is a great honor to be shortlisted – especially as each year there are hundreds of law firms and legal service providers from around Europe, which have been considered for the Financial Times annual Innovative Lawyers Awards.
Stephan Swinkels, Executive Director of L&E GLOBAL says, “We are just over 18 months into this new adventure – introducing a new way forward for multi--national enterprises to strategically manage labor and employment issues impacting their workforces across borders – across the world … with just one point of contact.”
He continues, “Through our years of experience in this sector we find that our international clients are constantly challenged with human resource management issues not only across borders, but also in different languages, with different laws, different cultures, and with varied levels of service in different formats.”
“L&E GLOBAL has brought together premier labor and employment law boutiques, “ concludes Stephan Swinkels, “from around the world in order to take the ‘work’ out of international human resource management. With one point of contact – one billing rate range – in one language – in one voice. L&E GLOBAL”.
