The Labor and Social Security practice group at Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos provides advice and counsel on all aspects of the laws and regulations governing labor and social security activities in Chile. The practice group offers services including drafting all types of employment contracts in compliance with current legislation: structuring compensation and benefits packages, stock option programs, and preventive labor audits; supporting corporate restructuring processes which have labor impact; and counseling in service outsourcing processes, as well as providing support in all areas of interest to expatriate executives who reside in Chile.
